I see my role as walking beside people during meaningful thresholds in their lives, offering steadiness, care, and a grounded presence as they reconnect with themselves. I witness your process with attention and respect, holding space for what is unfolding and supporting you as you find your own way forward.
With reverence for psilocybin work and the traditions that inform it, I companion those who feel called to explore their inner landscape with curiosity and care.
Drawing from my nursing background and my lifelong relationship with psychedelics, I bring compassion, wholehearted presence, and a holistic approach to facilitation. Whether co-creating a ceremonial container, curating sound, or guiding you through integration, I am here to support the unfolding of your truth.
This work is a calling that I meet with respect, humility, and a commitment to accessibility. Rooted in authenticity and resilience, I naturally create spaces that feel safe and deeply human. It’s an honor to accompany people in this way.
I serve as Lead Facilitator and Co-Founder of Ripple Journeywork in Eugene, where I see clients in person.

Psychedelic journey work involves the intentional use of psychoactive substances for healing, growth, and self-discovery. Humans have likely used psilocybin mushrooms for thousands of years, with some estimates suggesting as far back as 10,000 BCE. Evidence of psilocybin use is inferred from ancient art, archaeological findings, and Indigenous traditions.
In Oregon, journeywork includes ingesting lab-tested *Psilocybe cubensis* mushrooms at a state-licensed service center under the guidance of a licensed facilitator. Under this legal framework as long as you are 21+ and don't have disqualifying conditions you are eligible.
This process emphasizes a safe environment, clear intentions, and integrating insights into daily life.
